BREAKING: Supreme Court Blocks Deportation of Venezuelans From Texas Deportation Center

The Supreme Court’s recent The divided Supreme Court issued a temporary hold on deportations from President Trump’s administration that affected Venezuelans by stopping their immediate transfer to a dangerous Salvadoran prison.

Four courts received urgent detainee requests to prevent deportation from the Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson, Texas which led to a Washington-based order being issued around 1 a.m. Saturday.

The lawyers representing the men reported they were loaded onto buses under the threat of deportation beginning Friday afternoon.

Under current Supreme Court directives the government is restricted from deporting alleged Venezuelan gang members via wartime legislation.

The justices will proceed with more steps after receiving the Trump administration’s reply since the court’s stoppage remains effective “until further order of this court.”

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito voted against the decision while Alito indicated he plans to provide his opinion at a later date.

This confrontation signifies the latest step in Trump’s ongoing effort to bypass legal constraints from the federal judiciary while pushing through extensive policies that involve mass deportations. Despite a judge’s verbal order to turn two planes back, President Trump deported more than 200 alleged gang members to a Salvadoran prison last month.

President Trump assured Americans that his administration would implement every legal method to eliminate the danger posed by terrorist illegal immigrants such as TdA members from U.S. territory.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt declared that the administration believes in the legal standing of their actions and expects to succeed.

The Supreme Court’s involvement followed 12 days after justices mandated accused Tren de Aragua gang members receive a “reasonable time” to contest their deportation in federal court.

The majority of detainees assert they are not gang members and claim that Trump is unauthorized to deport them with the 1798 Alien Enemies Act since it has been historically implemented only during wartime. The Supreme Court has yet to determine the legality of Trump’s applict law.
